Just spent several hours setting up this blogging messite. Got stuck on trying to turn my "COOKIES" back ON. But when I click the Wrench icon and try the seemingly convenient instructions which say to go to START then I get stymied! Somehow I get to the mesage of "COOKIES NOT ENABLED" (even though I never recall turning them OFF). ANy way i click the help phrase on how to do it which brings me to the instruction: "Look under the HOOD" but I never have FOUND that title phrase in my windows (8?) browser Control Panel page, or anywhere! Frustrated, and now exhausted, I GIVE UP and go for a nap now!
